Our edible bird's nest is carefully sourced in Cambodia and selected according to our quality standards before it enters production.

Each batch is identified and recorded so its journey through production can be followed. By keeping clear records from raw-material receiving through processing and final packaging, we build traceability into the foundation of our quality system.

For us, knowing where a product comes from is just as important as knowing how it is made.

Hand Cleaning

Crafted with Patience

Edible bird's nest is delicate by nature, and processing it requires patience.

After selection and preparation, our trained team cleans the bird's nest by hand, removing fine feathers and natural impurities while preserving its natural structure as much as possible.

This is one of the most detailed stages of production. It requires concentration, experience and a careful human touch.

There are no shortcuts to craftsmanship, because quality cannot be rushed.
