NIS NEST collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, process orders, support account access, and improve customer service. We do not sell customer data. Contact details submitted through forms are used only for the requested communication.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: full name, phone number and email address.
• Delivery details: delivery address and any delivery instructions you give us.
• Order details: products, quantities, prices, VAT, totals, order number, order date and order status.
• Payment status details: the payment method used and the transaction reference and status returned by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Messages you send to customer service.

2. Why we use it

• To process, confirm and deliver your order, including passing your name, phone and delivery address to our delivery partner (Virak Buntham Express / VET Express or J&T Express).
• To confirm payment, issue receipts or invoices, and handle cancellations and refunds under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• To answer your questions and provide after-sales support.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations in Cambodia.

3. Payments

Card and wallet payments (ABA Pay, KHQR and credit/debit cards) are processed by ABA Bank's payment gateway, ABA PayWay. Card details are entered on ABA PayWay's secure payment page. NIS NEST does not see or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. We keep only the payment status, amount and transaction reference needed to match the payment to your order and to process refunds. Online payment via ABA PayWay is coming soon; until then our team will contact you to confirm payment.

4. Sharing and storage

We share your information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order (our delivery partners and our payment provider) or where required by law. We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Your requests
